How do I download the app?

Click the download link above to get the latest version of the FiveFootGimme app. Once downloaded, unzip, and run the application.

What launch monitors are supported?

Right now we only support the Garmin Approach R10, but are working to add support for others. Please check back here or contact us for the full compatibility list as we continue to expand support.

What resolution is supported?

The Cloud PC is running the simulator software at 1080p Ultra. Your device can be in a different resolution and the stream will downscale or upscale as needed.

How do I adjust my stream bitrate/quality?

When you open the app, and before you connect to your session, use the "Settings" button near the "Session Configuration" section. The stream bitrate setting is defaulted to 10,000, but you may find that produces too many video artifacts for you. If your network speed is capable, we recommend a minimum of 20,000, and a maximum of 40,000.

Where do I get my session ID?

At the start of your session slot, you will receive an email containing the session ID. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it!
